A few Verses from "The Beachcomber":
The ocean calls me,
Like a siren's song it calls me
And so I cast aside
Daily things, and set myself free
Free to roam the sands and more
And allthe wonders they offer me
But best of all, the very best of all
Is the big drifhntood on the shore.
It triggers me, it jiggers me;
It fills me with joy unbounded,
With a playful zest and wic*ed jest
I imagine my opponenb flee -
Flee to other places who knows where
While I, in my joyful imaginings
Scamper higher for other duels
And flay them all with my evil stare!
This is a book of poetry about much loved cats; their individual photographs included. From tiger tabbies and tortoiseshells, to red tabbies, Orientals, little black cats, Persians, a Blue Cream Shorthair Persian, a Norwegian Forest Cat, a Himalayan and others. All are precious and have their individual personalities that enrichen our lives so much.
