Preparing for the Shift — Renew brings together the journey of The Inner Light Series. Across nine doorways, the series has explored awareness, stillness, prayer, experience, understanding, release, remembrance, belonging, and freedom. Each doorway has offered a different way of returning to something quietly present within us all — the lioht of awareness, the wisdom of the heart, and the peace found in stillness. Renew gathers these reflections into one place. It is not another doorway to pass through, but a quiet opportunity to look back upon the journey as a whole — to recognise how the different teachings, reflections, questions, and experiences may come together within everyday life. Along the way, gentle exercises and practices invite the reader to pause, reflect, become aware of awareness, return to stillness, listen to the heart, and explore how these ideas may be lived rather than simply understood. There is no pressure to complete them in any particular way. They are offered as invitations — moments to stop, notice, feel, question, write, reflect, and return to what is already present within.
