A Moment in Time
Quiet and you will hear it. Shhhhh… the echoes are so clear. Vibrating off you is the message. One will distort it and the other, empowered by it.
Don’t get distracted. Stay head down following your crystallised imagination.
Open to all the words, let them not be dismissed.
Clear of speaking, clear of mind, fruitful are the thoughts.
Vibration of sound in your ears, holler back to me so I can give you another, this is our way.
Fear is for the timid.
Rage is for the weak.
Glow your heart.
Signs are all around.
"Fear is for the timid. Rage is for the weak. Glow your heart”
The Contrast Between Fear, Rage,
& Empowerment
Reflection
What does "glowing your heart" look like in a challenging situation?
Activation
Can you bring to mind a time, or times, when you’ve felt controlled/consumed by fear or anger.
How did these emotions affect your decisions and actions?
Take a moment to journal on how you could have responded differently, if you had responded from a place of compassion, strength, and a "glowing heart."
Set an intention to respond to future challenges with more love and less fear.
Guiding Nudges
● How does fear show up in your life, and how do you typically respond to it?
● How do you usually respond to fear or anger? Do they drive your actions or decisions?
● What does it mean to you, to "glow your heart" in the face of fear or rage?
Closing Thoughts
This poem highlights the importance of staying aligned with your inner clarity and intuition, emphasising that we can either empower ourselves, or distort the messages we receive. By cultivating focus, emotional strength, and openness to the signs around us, we can navigate our lives with purpose and clarity. My poem encourages you to leave behind fear and rage and instead choose to "glow our hearts" with wisdom and love.
