INTRODUCTION This book was born as an alternative to oracle cards, created with one intention: to remind you that healing is possible. It is here to help you release the weight of past traumas, untangle the patterns passed down through generations, and rediscover hope and inner peace. So many of us have learned to survive rather than to truly live. We bury our pain beneath busy days and heavy nights, convincing ourselves that peace is out of reach. I know this path well. I have walked through shadows, searching for light. Since 2011, oracle cards have been my compass, guiding me back to myself and reshaping the direction of my life. This book can be a companion on your own journey. It works beautifully alongside a journal—whether you choose your own or the one I created, Your Book of Shadows, which is filled with healing prompts. Together, the words on these pages and the reflections you record can become a sacred space of self-discovery and renewal. Every message within this book was given through guidance from Spirit. They are reminders not only for you, but also for me, and for the collective I share with online. Sometimes we all need gentle nudges—whispers of wisdom that help us keep moving toward the light when the darkness feels close. To use this book, simply open it, let a page find you, and sit with the message. Allow your intuition to guide you—perhaps writing what stirs within your heart. And if the weight of your past feels too heavy, please remember: you do not have to heal alone. A Beginning Invitation Close your eyes. Breathe deeply. Imagine how you want to feel the very moment you awaken each morning. Where are you? Who is beside you? What fills your life with meaning? These visions are not daydreams—they are the seeds of your big goals. Begin gently. Take small, tender steps toward them, and trust that each step carries you closer to the life you are envisioning. When you are ready, flip to a page. Read slowly. Let the words find a home within you. Some days, one message will be enough. Other days, two or three may call to you. Whatever you choose, let this practice be your gift to yourself. LOVE HEALS EVERYTHING Core Message Love is the highest healing frequency. When faced with challenges, ask yourself: How can I use love to heal this situation? Sometimes that means showing love to yourself through self-care and compassion. Other times it means choosing to see a person or situation through the lens of love rather than anger or resentment. Reflection Love is not weakness—it is strength. It softens anger, heals wounds, and restores balance. Even when dealing with people you may not like or trust, choosing love as your intention protects your peace and keeps your energy high. When you practice self-love, you give yourself permission to heal fully. When you extend love outward, you create ripples of peace that influence everything around you.

About the Author
My name is Denise. I am a Reiki Master Teacher, Crystal Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Intuitive Empath, and Angel Guide. Back in 2011, I was in the darkest period of my life. Anyone looking at my life would think I had everything going for me. I was married with two amazing children, was running a $40 million manufacturing facility with my brother as the V.P. of Finance. I was driving a H2 Hummer and lived in a beautiful country home on 4 acres. But, I had suffered a lot of trauma from childhood to adulthood and never dealt with any of it. To deal with my extreme emotions, I would either drink or smoke weed or both. When someone asked me if I was spiritual, I did not know what that meant. I ended up having a breakdown. I could not get out of bed in the morning. As soon as I opened my eyes my first thoughts were dread and I would start vomiting. I stopped working in the family business. I needed to unload some of my stress. I started seeing a healer once a week for 4-6 hours, for a year. Then I went monthly for a couple more years. She ended up being my teacher and mentor who trained me in Reiki and Crystal Healing. I needed to learn this to help other people through their dark times; like she did for me. She is also the one that introduced me to oracle cards. The angel ones were my favourite. I have been using them daily ever since. Every morning with my coffee I pull three cards and get my guidance for the day and for my life. In July 2022, I started doing TikTok with my three cards of the day to share with others. I want to help change the world by helping people have new tools to achieve hope and inner peace. My goal is to show people that you can take your life from the depths of hell and manifest an amazing magical unimaginable life. I am here to guide everyone and show that anyone can do this. I am living proof of that. Helping people have the tools to bring hope and inner peace in their life no matter the chaos that is going on in and around their life is a very fulfilling goal in my life. I believe this is why I am here (besides being a Mom and Nana of course) 😊
