We can meditate. Meditation is an incredible tool to harvest and strengthen our intuition to help us navigate our daily lives, and manage our stress when we are faced with challenges. In today’s world, it can seem almost impossible to find a moment of stillness, but it’s those moments that serve as a time of reflection, which brings the most peace and clarity into our lives. The goal is not to completely silence the mind, but rather observe our thoughts instead of allowing ourselves to be entirely consumed by and enmeshed in them. Since each and every one of our minds has the ability to create thoughts, we are all creative beings, with a constant and innate desire to utilise our creativity in one way or another. It’s only when our lives become too busy for us to connect with our creative nature that all sorts of discords begin to emerge. With all of that in mind, I created this book to help you find your own way to meditation through moments only with yourself and your imagination. About the Author

A freelance artist for the last ten years, Zuzanna, a creative from Dublin, Ireland with Polish roots, has travelled around the world, spreading her art and exploring spirituality, learning how to overcome personal challenges through art, music and yoga philosophy. Inspired by her discoveries to date. She created this book to open the minds of others to allow space for art and meditation in our lives for the wellbeing of the mind and body as a union.
