About the Author

Ibrahim M. Alarifi is an associate professor and a faculty member in the College of Engineering at Majmaah University, Saudi Arabia. Throughout his research experience, he’s published 151 journal papers and eighteen conference proceedings; written three books; authored four book chapters and one laboratory manual; received six funded proposals, four patents, and four awards; and presented ten presentations and chaired many international conferences. His research interests include structural health monitoring, composite carbon fibers, energy systems, thermal analysis of materials, biomaterials, and recycling of materials and nanomaterials.
