Empath: Awakening of the Soul

This book alludes to the soul-awakening and transformational journey into self-enlightenment of an empath, a transition from the ordinary to the extraordinary—coming into greatness. In part, it is the essence of my spiritual soul awakening, my transformational journey as an empath into self-enlightenment. A teaching guide and gift to you, the new and seasoned empath. My role and responsibilities are to bring you to rise to this level of enlightenment. Along the way, I will share with you some of my personal experiences—the traumas, challenges, inner battle with the shadow self, fears, loneliness, and confusion I experienced throughout my awakening journey. The feeling of alienation that kept me from seeing my own greatness and from showing the world who I truly am. You may have recently, or in the past, experienced a traumatic event that brought your life to a complete screeching halt, leaving you scattered and disoriented. A life-altering moment of enormous proportion, a trauma can be categorized as any form of abuse, breakup, separation, death, accident, or job loss, creating defragmentation at the soul level. In the case of abuse, the trauma may be deeply rooted as daily coping mechanisms may have been used to survive. Whether this is a past trauma resurfacing or a recent trauma taking place, this catalyst event is forcing you to begin your awakening journey. The universe has opened a heavenly door, inviting you to step into its spiritual world—hence called “spiritual awakening.” Your soul can no longer remain dormant. A major internal and external shift has transpired. This transformational shift will bring you answers your soul has long been searching for. Some of you may go through more than one “spiritual awakening” in your lifetime, depending on your life path. The moment your spiritual awakening unfolds, the truth will be revealed of your own uniqueness and greatness. This event will be the beginning of your mastery journey into enlightenment. You will slowly learn to accept your new status as an empath, learning to transition into this unknown world with love and grace while recognizing and remembering who you are. You will be taught the power of the universe within and all around you, giving you permission to allow your mind and heart to open to its wisdom. You will easily and freely move toward everything you have been searching for your whole life while affirming your inner magic. When you came into this world, you were already born of greatness. However, through life experiences, you got lost in the emotional state, blurring your soul and forgetting who you are. It is time to wake up. Remember, you are a being of light on this earth, not in separateness, in full glory, attached to universal knowledge, wisdom, love, and light. Healing techniques, tips, tools, and exercises I will share with you, the flowering empath, to help reach self-enlightenment. Also, I will help you navigate through your own fears, insecurities, transitions, and transformations while attaining self-empowerment, sharing self-healing tools such as Reiki and forgiveness while cultivating faith and trust; connecting you to your spiritual guides; engaging in a partnership based on trust, love, support, and devotion; helping you expand and develop existent and nonexistent spiritual gifts. I will help you access these bestowed spiritual gifts from past lifetimes, transferring these into this lifetime and enhancing your existent spiritual gifts. I use a special “guided channeled spiritual visual” technique, shared in this book, to help release memories caught in the cellular system, causing an imbalance and misalignment in the mind, body, and spirit, memories accumulated in this lifetime, as well as past lifetimes, going back to the first memory cell. The healing transformations are phenomenal, efficient, instant, and permanent, bringing a connection of self-awareness to another heightened vibration and frequency at the soul and higher consciousness level. This technique is a very powerful tool, releasing and healing, traumas, issues, situations, and relationships, giving yourself permission to step into your new life and creating new possibilities and opportunities on the path of your soul’s journey.
