Grief and Beyond

I know I want to inspire other people to help and support others going through the same or similar life changing events as I have been through. I know that everyone handles grief differently, and that’s okay, but one thing I have realised is that you can’t push it aside or try and bury your feelings, because they will surface and need to be dealt with at some stage. It is one of the toughest things to lose someone you love, whether it is a husband, wife, mum, dad, sibling, grandparent, son, daughter, but if you show people you care about them and are willing to be there for them in any way, that they need your help, you can be a real blessing in someone’s life just when they need it the most. I like to think that I am the type of person who a friend, or anyone I meet, can turn to in a crisis, and no matter what is going on in my life I will be there to help them through. I have helped many people already through their journey with grief and I know that I will be helping people for a long time to come.
