About the Author
Karyn Holiday is an author, educator and mother. Through the lens of simple stories with beautiful illustrations, empathy and kindness are gently woven throughout her children’s picture books to show readers that small gestures can create big results. Karyn teaches English as a Second Language at a community college and holds a B.A. in Literature from Michigan State University and an M.A.TESOL from Eastern Michigan University. She is a member of SCBWI, TESOL and MITESOL. Most importantly, Karyn is the Mom of Khloe’ and Maya.
