Take care of your energies

‘The process of death’ is a process on the development scale which takes place after the acquiring of Self- esteem. That is 3 years of development. I acquired mine if you can say so, from a book written by someone who conquered cancer of the chest. Instead of living scared of death you live because of your mission. A mission that you need to know. I know mine, so I live because of them. There is no need to worry if you do not know your mission. You are on a path to finding it. Jimi Hendrix used to have a song in which he asks people to “come alive’, that is what he means is wake up and live your life finding a mission. Only 10% of people have been through the process of death (or the process of life), only 10% of people are awake. With extreme CFS we need to accelerate a lot of processes, there is no time for complacency, there are many situations where your life is in danger. And you can manage that because you have been through the process of death. Acquiring self-esteem needs to be done in 3 to 6 months and as I said all the processes need to be accelerated. The process of death is 3 to 6 months of extreme chronic fatigue. Now you can imagine how you become a master of the internal world by doing things over and over again in a short period of time. With the anxiety I currently have I would not be functioning without Valium. It makes me sleep which gives me energy, and reduces the over anxiety. It gives me the chance to follow the government for the next health system and any other ideas. The first answer I got from the government was ‘we are into making the mental health more accepted by people’. This covers mental health. More pain and more suffering for people. Another answer was ‘I am writing things down’ and that was all.’ A lot of people are suffering and if we do not implement a system there is more pain, ‘We are empowering people to get well outside the hospitals’. If this works this will not produce people with 10,15 or 20 years of pain. I have a superconscious solution (the ocean of infinite intelligence) which means this is the system for the next 100 years. A better answer with no guarantee is to introduce it in the next elections. Another answer ‘is to keep an eye on it until the elections come’. This means another 1 and half years of suffering. Some people would say you should be happy you have got an answer. Well, I will take it to the Scandinavian countries and see what they say.
