About the Author
Damian A. Albarano has an educational background in Criminology, Sociology and Psychology. He possesses a black belt in Martial Arts that he has practiced over thirty years and is a certified yoga teacher. Additionally, he cares for and works with honey bees. He has worked with individuals from all walks of life, faiths and cultures with whom he has shared various experiences. Three personal experiences that have shaped his human understanding were the death of his brother, working during the events of 9/11 as a member of the NYPD and during Superstorm Sandy when he founded Survivors of Sandy to help alleviate the hardships of those affected. He resided in New York City most of his life and now calls New Jersey home. He has traveled extensively and enjoys learning new things.
