About the Book

If you ever wondered how our “shadow” affects our perception of life, you may enjoy reading this anthology of quotes and artwork. Gail has explored the notions of violence, suffering, judgment, surrender, and compassion toward a deeper understanding of co-creation and the arts. Authors of music, poetry, film, painting, sculpting, literature, therapies, and so on are considered from hindsight, I sight, insight through the lens of art. You may choose to look at the photos as a Rorschach game of self-reflection. I hope you enjoy the journey!

About the Author

Gail Morningstar is a retired clinical therapist. She is presently an Integrative Life Coach in Yarmouth Nova Scotia. She uses Art, along with her skills as a registered Master Socialworker, to enhance her group participants requested change. She has studied for her Master of Socialwork at Wilfred Laurier University, Ontario Canada. University of Western Ontario BA Social Sciences (UWO) and Kings College UWO Thanatology and Palliative Care. She is also well versed in many esoteric fields including consciousness and a wide variety of subjects from many traditions.
