The Author Val loves her writing and her handcrafts, with importance on promoting natural fibers, her main target being Wool. As living on a sheep and crop farm with her second husband, and her family all adults, there is certainly time to do so. With the purpose of encouraging all knitters to never stop this craft, Val wants to teach as many as possible to do so. Over the past years there has been a lull with knitting, although now with the enthusiasm with knitting circles, the craft is coming back again into being. The author with her love of knitting and the encouragement given to her over the years has had her producing books on this very subject. In Perfect Companions Val has compiled and knitted garments, baked and added short stories for readers to enjoy by reading to the family littlies.
