About the Book
Life is full of “monsters.” Anxiety is the most common mental health issue seen in children. Children cope with anxiety in various ways, for example, by avoiding, getting sick, distracting with video games, having temper tantrums, or numbing out with food. Written by a specialist in trauma resolution, this book shows children how to face their fears in a healthy and empowering way that brings true peace and resolution.
