100 Chakra System

The Difference between Clearing and Meditation Purifying the 100 chakras involves “clearing” the energy body of all negative energy. The Ascending Chakras in the energy body hold subconscious negative energy. This denser energy blocks one’s flow of light through their center. This negative energy is considered “karmic energy”. This is residue energy from a negatively charged “current life” or “past life” experience. A traumatic event that has not healed instead stores and nestles in the Ascending Chakras. Whenever a person has a bad experience two things occur. First, a bad memory of the experience records and resides in the chakras. Second, dense negative energy lodges in the chakras. Clearing activities dislodge negative energy filaments from the channel and release them off the energy body, making way for more pranic flow. The negative energy is released through the result of our own efforts to “burn it off”. In most cases this includes a physical exercise, yogic breath or service work. If one performs a clearing exercise, one is intentionally releasing karmic energy through physically exerting energy or running pranic energy through the body. Clearing the energy body refers to releasing negative energies that are connected to uncomfortable memories. Clearing exercises like yogic breathing and hatha yoga clear karma or negative energy accumulated from everyday life. Traumatic memories are also cleared in the process. Meditation refers to sitting in silence and experiencing the Lightbody. Meditation doesn’t necessarily clear karma. Most meditation practices have an energy body clearing component prior to sitting in stillness. Not all meditation teachers make this distinction. Clearing is purifying the chakra system of all negative energies in the energy body. Meditation is expanding the soul to experience oneness, freedom and bliss within Divine Source. If one sits in meditation without first clearing the energy body, it can be difficult for the body to relax and the mind to quiet. Ultimately sitting in stillness begins the clearing process, but it takes longer. Conscious intention to clear the divine chakra line accelerates the process of ridding the body of negative energies. When one clears their energy body prior to meditation, negative energies are released quickly. Negative energies create disturbance, stress and tension. Distraction energies in the mind produce what the yogis call “monkey mind”. This is a busy and uncontrolled mind that doesn’t stop producing thoughts. Our environments are not pure and contain many energy toxins. We absorb different energies throughout the day. When these energies are cleared prior to sitting in stillness, it is much easier to be relaxed and calm in the mind. With intention one can start clearing the 100 chakras. Intentional clearing allows one to move to higher levels of consciousness at an accelerated pace. This produces a clearer channel for more light to flow through. There are many clearing practices found in yoga philosophy. Clearing the energy body prior to meditation is necessary for reducing body tensions and mental chatter. Meditation without clearing is difficult. The clearing process occurs, but much slower. With conscious intention the clearing becomes easy. Meditation moves into silence without interference from negative energies.
