T. Butler Brown has worked in healthcare as a nurse for more than 25 years. As the fast food lifestyle was impacting mainstream America she saw a need for tasty, nutritious meal options that people would really eat. The new plant-based products that are revolutionizing the food industry had such an amazing impact on her life, she knew she had to share this winning combination of savory flavors & healthy ingredients.
T. comes from a long line of cooks, starting with her great-grandfather who was a master baker in Europe. The special moments spent in the culturally rich environment of an authentic German bakery influenced her mother, Nana Brown, who is now over 90 and still re-creating dishes and giving them a European flair. Growing up in Nana’s kitchen would be her first introduction to fusion cooking. Decades later T. lived in Europe and was influenced by many cultural cuisines which inspired her to continue fusion cooking. Her multi-generational culinary history and travels would have an enormous impact in her transforming traditional comfort food dishes to vegan & gluten-free while maintaining the satisfying flavors we’ve come to love.
T. considers herself blessed to combine her two great passions, cooking & health conscious living and bring you delicious plant-based comfort food. She resides in Los Angeles with her rescue cat, Guy.
