OUR TIME IS NOW

Having spent a great deal of time leading women’s groups, seminars and retreats, I’ve observed the special bond that occurs between women when they are in an environment that facilitates connecting with their hearts. It is in these extraordinary situations—as well as ordinary circumstances—that something special occurs. It can happen between friends having coffee together, sharing a challenging time with each other, or bonding over work, exercise, children, books, or the myriad other opportunities in which women connect with one another. It is often during these moments that the power of women is especially potent and exceptional.
This is a book meant to help evolve the distinctive and remarkable wisdom and power that women’s hearts possess. From it, you will acquire knowledge that helps you differentiate between authentic and false power, and learn the meaning of a concept I call Feminine Heart Energy. The ultimate purpose of OUR TIME IS NOW! is to help you consciously identify, value and own this energy. It is a book that demonstrates how intentionally using this energy is a new and evolutionary way to have power.
We are at a critical juncture in the timeline of human history. There is a tremendous need to create healthier, more functional ways to address the needs and challenges that face our communities, our country and our world. The traditional male model of power and leadership isn’t working very well anymore. Women are desperately needed to lead the way to making the world a better place—to create a world aligned with the perspective of women. It is imperative that we take responsibility to do so now.
It’s not the money, sexual freedom and jobs that we now have access to that will provide us with a more advanced sense of authentic power. It’s about deliberately and purposefully combining our feminine heart’s wisdom with our resources, skills and experience. This combination will not only help further your own personal growth and evolution, but as a result, will organically contribute to those around us and, therefore, the world.
Although this is a book that speaks to women, it is my desire that men will also find this book helpful and hopeful. The key to the evolution of our well-being—and that of families, society and the world—is inside of all of us. I invite, encourage and challenge you, women and men of all ages and nationalities, to learn how to follow your hearts and use your gifts in order to realize your potential. Your heart wisdom is what will enable you to help transform the world. It takes courage to listen to and act from your heart, but it is through this conscious and intentional means of empowerment that you will be able to create the relationships, life and world you desire and deserve.
