Labor is your property. You were born with it and you will die with it. It is yours to do with as you please, when you please and how you please. No one can take it away.
Your labor is sovereign unto you and is not taxable as any commodity in the marketplace. You are not a commodity although Congress acts otherwise and uses you as such.
What this book is: An expose of fraud perpetrated on the American citizen, through deceit by the Federal government. A scam so large its mind boggling although so simple in its operation.
What this book is not: It is not a scheme to avoid paying the income tax. If a person has income it is taxable. Most Americans do not have taxable income. Their earnings in exchange of their labor is not taxable as income.
A few words on the Constitution! The Constitution gave Congress the authority to tax. There were originally three clauses that spoke to taxes; the first was abandoned by Congress when the 14th Amendment was placed into law. The second was and is based on indirect taxes, taxes on things and privilege. The third covers Direct taxes which must be apportioned if it is to be imposed. A modifying tax clause is the 16th Amendment. This clause is the crux of the problem with taxing labor that is not taxable according to the Constitution. We have been told for many years that the 16th Amendment was the authority Congress had to impose direct taxes. They made a believer out of us because they had a method to make us comply, Levies and liens against us and our property and in some cases taking of property.
The curtain of secrecy has been pulled back and exposed the truth in taxation. The courts, including the Supreme Court, have ruled consistently that the 16th Amendment is moot (It doesn’t apply) when it comes to taxes other than indirect taxes. This book provides indisputable evidence to corroborate this statement.
The book takes you through the taxing clauses of the Constitution and defines their intent and how the 16th Amendment fits into the scheme of things.
We then travel through what we are told is the tax law, the United States Code, USC. We are told that the USC is what governs the taxing of everything in this country. Truth sometimes takes a strange path and my experience in finding it is nothing other than a miracle. For years I toiled at attempting to understand why the IRS could do what they do when the Constitution forbids it. I read the same words hundreds of times until one day the light came on. It was such a simple answer that I was at a loss for the simplicity of it. Congress knows the answer and so does the IRS/Treasury. The 16th Amendment does not overrule the direct taxation clause of the Constitution, it applies only to the indirect clause and your labor is not included there. This is all documented and supported by Congressional statements in the Congressional Record and court cases.
To further the deceit we must understand the operation of the Code of Federal Regulations CFR. Each department head, including Treasury, has the responsibility to issue regulations in support of the USC section to which it applies. These regulations must bring forth the intent of the law. (Note; the real law is not the USC it is the Statutes. The Statutes are the final part when Congress votes on a bill and the president signs it into law). The book outlines what positive law is and how it operates.
So far I have probably lost you but hang in there, the trip will be worth the ride. In the end you will believe you do not owe the income tax and will want to do something about it.
Positive law is a rule governing what is lawful as far as the USC goes. There are 50 Titles to the USC and many are legal and lawful. Title 26, Income tax and Title 27 Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms are not positive law therefore they are neither legal nor lawful. To impose them as such is fraud. This too is documented extensively within.
Our next stop is the use of levies, liens and penalties by the IRS to enforce the unsuspecting worker to pay a tax they do not rightfully owe. A sleight of hand by that body is all that it takes to make everyone a believer. I am sure everyone knows someone who has been penalized by this method of what I call downright stealing. By knowing this unlucky person strikes a bit of fear into all. A mindful thought might be, “I won’t subject myself or my loved ones to this, and I will pay my taxes.” Fear is an emotion that at times strikes terror into the very core of the body and no one wants it.
I no longer hold fear as I know the truth. Levies and liens are imposed not by law nor are they legal. The IRS has what appears to be a blessing by Congress to issue levies and liens. This is another point in my journey where I was dumbfounded by the simplicity of this. Way under the cover of the rule of law which Congress states must be is a few pages in the Code of Federal Regulations called the “INDEX”. What this index does is identifies which USC section a regulation applies to. To be lawful a regulation must bring forth the intent of the Statute into the USC section if it is to be recognized as positive law. Low and behold Levies, Liens and penalties do not apply to Title 26; they apply only to Title 27, ATF. Neither are laws.
Congress creates the laws, federal department heads issue regulations to bring forth the intent of the law and those to whom it applies must adhere to it, that is if it is law. There is one rule that has not been covered, if the USC is not passed into Positive law then the Statutes prevail. The Statutes regarding taxes do not impose any form of penalty for nonpayment.
In the end you can continue to volunteer to pay the Federal and State Income taxes but please do not do so out of fear, do so because you believe you owe something back to this country. If you do not desire to contribute part of your earnings to the Federal or State governments just write them a letter stating this to that effect and provide them with a copy of this book. Many copies of this book should set a fire under Congress to set the record straight on who is and who is not a taxpayer Tell your representative that you want your Social Security number or taxpayer number removed from the tax rolls and provide a letter back to you guaranteeing that it is done. When you receive this letter notify your employer that they no longer have to submit a W-2 to the IRS on your behalf, your earnings are not taxable. If they balk let them read your book or buy them a copy.
I guarantee that if you do this you will no longer be required to pay these taxes you do not owe. You have the truth on your side with this book. The facts within will set you free. Please do not attempt to do this if you actually have income, you will be penalized by the IRS for doing so.
