Strength like yours can't be bought in stores
Watched you raise three kids
Work a full time job and get your college degree
I've seen you go through so many things

About the Author
A native of the Bronx, New York, Maurice McFadden began his career in the entertainment business twenty years ago. He amassed a multitude of skills from post-production and editing to directing and producing. His résumé includes underground houses to the high-profile company Vibe magazine. His experience led him to create P.O.R. Management to propagate the development of artists. In 1997, Maurice and his brother founded an independent label, Fo Th Fam Entertainment. With R&B, hip-hop, and gospel music, the label had success with artists like Tangela and POR. Maurice is a member of ASCAP as a songwriter and also has a production company, P.O.R. Music. Maurice has also been instrumental as a composer for an off -Broadway play. With the release of Strength Like Yours, Maurice advances his creativity to another level as a published poet.
He makes his home in Staunton, Virginia.
