About the Author

Shawn McCann is owner of McCann Consulting and also works as an Employee Relations Professional in the Texas Medical Center in Houston, TX. In addition, he works as a regular Adjunct Professor of Sociology at the University of Houston Clear Lake and is a Professional Mediator. Shawn is a frequent lecturer and holds a Masters Degree in Behavioral Science from the University of Houston Clear Lake. He enjoys traveling, volunteering at non-profit organizations, writing and spending time with his family. He lives with his wife Sara and their children in Houston.
