About the Author

Theodora Klein-Carroll was born in North Dakota and enjoyed spending her childhood on her family’s farm. She completed high school in North Dakota and later graduated from University of Tampa, Florida, with a degree in Business Management. Theodora presently resides in Tampa, Florida with her husband and seven pets; Gator, Tabatha, Byblos, Frangelica, Boo Bear, Tigger and Vivian. “Tippy” is a product of Theodora’s efforts to successfully combine her creativity and business experience with her adoration for children. With the recent release of her Tippy the Raindrop books Theodora has realized her own dream... to bring her imagination to life for the enjoyment and education of young children.
