About the Author

JON KADEN has embarked on a life of holistic style since his early twenties when he was diagnosed with a rare, possible terminal bladder disease. Not given much chance by numerous doctors, he chose an alternative approach in hopes of healing. Through a regiment of nutrition, exercise, Eastern philosophy, positive energy, homeopathic remedies, bonds and personal experiences, he attained what he believes is the power of “mind over matter.” He eventually returned to normal conditions few years down the road. In the interim, he established his own guidelines, constructing an aggregate of procedure to insure a better individual internally and externally. Today he refers to himself as a “navigational trainer,” guiding others to become the aviator of their own entity. He infuses the idealism of personal wellness as a backdrop for better living. He believes in the power of his new-age exercise techniques to keep the body invigorated. He is a strong advocate of “center awareness,” recognizing that the nucleus of one’s mind, body and spiritual presence all originates from your “core source.” When one forms a pyramid containing all three in connection and harmony with one another, the center becomes fully activated. When this mobilization occurs, one’s own personal fortitude is endless. Jon finds great personal complacency in helping others. This he believes is his calling today.
