About the Author

My writing is raw and from my guts and my heart. It began in 1998, and now seems the time to share it. These words reflect the changes that occurred as I began to evolve into a spiritual being and experience the awakening of the divine within myself. I have always felt the words within this book, but I refused to acknowledge them for thirty-five years of my life. The most important thing I have learned in the past twelve years is that when change is coming, embrace it with life, love, and positive thoughts. Do your best to go with the flow and follow your inner guidance. Do the best you can to stay linked to divine inspiration and to tap into the guidance that comes from a higher source. Everything you read in these pages came from a higher and inner source .The words came to me through dreams and in times of silent meditation while I was going through some very difficult life changes. I used to sing a little phrase from an old Bobby Bare tune that went like this: “Drop-kick me, Jesus, through the goalpost of life.” In other words, be careful what you ask for, because you will get it. As you read these words, open your mind, your body, and your spirit to receive whatever messages are waiting for you … and enjoy the journey.
