A brave bunny named Annabel escapes her cage to help her two mouse friends find their way home. Together, they journey through the woods, where each step brings a new adventure. And in helping her friends, Annabel may just discover where she truly belongs.

About the Author

Maureen Fedor is most likely to be found on her small farm in the quaint town where she lives, taking care of her animals, her neighbors’ animals, or any animal that happens to wander into her path. When she’s not tending to hooves, paws, or feathers, she’s probably laughing, making glutenfree sweets, or dreaming up stories inspired by the animals around her. A lifelong storyteller who has also worked in a university setting, Maureen now spends her days writing hopeful tales about animals, practicing yoga, and soaking up the beauty of nature in her own backyard.
