We would like to acknowledge your presence and thank you sincerely for spending time with us here. We are here to assist you in the ascension on your planet at this time. And we do so with much love and gratitude for you. We would like you to know that we understand that at times it is very difficult living on Earth in the dense, lower frequencies. We understand that as you are always co-creating with the Universe, you create your existence and reality from the place you are in now. And so, when things appear to be going wrong, or are difficult, or are fear based, it can be easy to identify with that reality, with those denser frequencies, and therefore create from this place. This can become a vicious cycle, and we would like to assist you in breaking that cycle and redirecting towards what you already know to be true deep within. This awakening on your planet could also be called the Great Remembering. For nothing we are sharing is new information to you. It has simply lain dormant waiting to be activated. And you may get a sense of remembering or familiarity when we talk about various concepts. This is very normal and we would encourage you not to challenge or question that, because that is giving the challenge or the question energy, as opposed to allowing the remembering and familiarity to take place. We urge you lovingly to simply allow. To receive. To be in a state of flow and openness throughout this process. We are here to help you in many ways and we shall, through our channel, Heather. During this time, we hope that you will leave as many of your preconceived ideas at the door as possible. Because your current thinking is coming from your current density and the frequency at which you are currently living and is therefore not helpful or relevant to the frequency you will be living in as we move through this ascension process. It is like looking through a filter. It is impossible to understand or comprehend how things will be, how you will be, as you move through this process. And trying to limit or define it by your current filter or mindset will only keep you in struggle. And we are here to assist you in moving out of struggle and moving into ease and love and joy. So, although some of the subjects or concepts that we talk about may feel unfamiliar, we invite you to suspend judgement and do nothing. Just simply be in a state of allowing and receiving. You can set your intention to receive all that is relevant to you at this time, for your highest good. And you may be surprised to discover what does start to feel familiar or natural. Like a long-forgotten way of being. We are here to help you wake up. To switch on dormant gifts that lie within you. It is a wonderful time for you to be alive on your planet. We know many would not agree. But you have chosen to incarnate and be here at the time of the Great Remembering. You have much help and assistance. Not just from Lemuria but from many different places. This is a very special time. The fact that you are here, listening to this or reading these words, means that you are ready. You have brought yourself here in your version of reality, to begin this process now. We appreciate and understand all that you have been through in your life to get here to this point of being with us now. It has not been an easy path. We understand. We love you. We care for you. We acknowledge your pain and hold compassion for you. And invite you to ascend, to raise your frequency. To acknowledge and radiate your light. To anchor light. You are the forerunners of this ascension process. The fact that you are here with us now means you are ready. You are anchoring and sharing the light. You are altering the frequency of the collective. And you will not always be perfect. You’ll get it wrong and that’s okay. You being here means so much more than you could ever know and we wish to offer you gratitude and love. And we would like you to know that this ascension process can be joyful. Fun! To return to a state of Lemuria is to return to a state of joy. And we look forward to helping you and assisting you in this process. With love, from Lemuria

About the Book
It began with a wolf, a vision of Lake Titicaca and the words, ‘We are waiting for you.’ Following dreams, visions and intuitive nudges, Heather found herself saying yes to a journey through Peru and Bolivia to the shores of Lake Titicaca, trusting her profound connection with the beings who had called her there. Heather Bradley is an ambassador of love, author, channel and trauma therapist. Over fifteen years, she has explored healing, consciousness and the soul’s journey through therapy, groups and retreats. She channels the Lemurian Collective, whose teachings form the heart of Lemurian Love. Heather is often found meditating under a tree.
