About the Author

Jenny Turpin is a health and wellness expert. She is an Alexander Technique teacher, Mind and Body Calm Practitioner, QEC Trauma Therapist, and HeartMath practitioner. Jenny works with people suffering from pain, stress, tension, and anxiety – those who have been down the medical route (which hasn’t worked), and are looking for a natural solution, just like Jenny 17 years ago! Following a decade working in marketing, she switched to working in the health industry to look for a solution to her chronic pain. She also had chronic anxiety which culminated in panic attacks for 10 months during Covid. Jenny has spent the past 17 years training, researching, and studying many different modalities and now shares her work with people around the world, helping to fast-track them through simple tools and exercises to become pain-free and calm. Jenny spent almost a decade working with actors, singers, musicians, and dancers from the Rennes Conservatoire in France as well as musicians from the Brittany Orchestra and singers from the Rennes Opera. She helped them to deal with pain, anxiety, and stage fright. When the pandemic forced a shift in her practice, she embraced the challenge, expanding her reach from local sessions in France to a global online platform. Through her three ‘Living Pain-Free & Calm’ summits in January 2022, 2023, and 2024, she has connected thousands of individuals with leading wellness experts, sharing insights and natural solutions for pain and stress management.
