About the Book

CALL 4 PRAYER Journal book, is a collection of prayers and translations along with a spark illustration to accompany the audio compilation albums CALL 4 PRAYER 1-4. The gathering of prayers and chants from several different traditions was with the intention to become a salve for the listener to deepen their experience and and to become a mantra to aid in daily comfort and encouragement. Totaling 44 prayer songs, Leah hopes that the listener/ reader will connect to the unique prayer/ prayers that align most with their own heart and go from there.

About the Author

Leah Martin is an American Recording Artist, Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor, and an enrolled member of the Cherokee Nation. Leah found her voice while singing in the theatre and churches throughout the south. In recent years she has worked to develop her sound with multiple producers and vocal coaches known for their work with Blondie, Sting, Eric Clapton and The Beach Boys, in New York City. Also known for her work with Hansiba women’s initiative, Gandhi’s ashram, Mother Theresa’s orphanage, and the Anti Trafficking Intelligence Initiative, she bridges together healing through music with hopes of leaving this world better than we found it. A forever student of Saint Hildegard Von Bingen and the Celtic folk Harp, Leah lives with her husband of fifteen years and their two daughters in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains.
