This book is designed to introduce young readers to the practice and benefits of Yoga Nidra, an ancient relaxation and meditation technique derived from the traditions of yoga.

A powerful resource for parents and teachers alike, the Yoga Nidra book helps young children develop a simple and enjoyable relaxation practice. The fifteen minute practice can be easily included into school or home routines. It can help young minds develop better focus, memory and attention. Other benefits include reducing stress and anxiety and improving sleep.
