A Journey Into The Unknown

I saw my Guru and I walking and suddenly a bridge appeared blocking our path. I was stunned for a few minutes. I looked at Guru expecting him to say something but with his hand, he motioned me to cross over the bridge. I did as he requested and was astonished to see God’s as little children, playing drums, singing and dancing. It seemed as if there was a celebration of an important event. Everyone seemed happy, clapping their hands and cheering. Then I remembered Guru and wanted him to accompany me. I looked across the bridge and saw him standing, where I left him. He was looking at me and soon after started walking in my direction. When he reached where I was, I saw him anointing my head. I knew that Guru was giving me his blessings. Two years later, I was meditating at the satsang and I suddenly remembered this vision and finally I understood the meaning. Guru was informing me about the future. Crossing over that bridge means leaving my world behind and entering his world. A world where the impossible and words like patience, understanding, trust, truth, respect, admire and pure love exist.
