Candice Woodward owns a vintage and collectible toy store in Victoria, B.C. called Cherry Bomb Toys which has been in business for over 16 years. She has a serious love for toys and has started many fun toy-related things with her husband like Victoria’s Ultimate Hobby & Toy Fair and The National Toy Museum of Canada. Transforming her passion into book form has always intrigued her. Her stories are well-loved by her 2 young children, who know just what it’s like to grow up in a toy store. Candice loves the memories that arise with old toys and enjoys hearing other people’s stories when they come into the shop or the museum. There’s always a bit of magic in toys with memories included.
