About the Book

Author Kai Cheng’s life was once erratic and volatile; he experienced many ups and downs, and he was riddled with stress, anxiety, and periods of depression. He began to examine his whole self and looked within. He established a set of principles by which to live, and they have changed his life for the better.

In Total Me, Cheng shares the ten principles that have helped him live a happier life every day. Simple and straightforward, the principles transcend politics, gender, religion, race, and sexual preference and focus on human beings as a people. A blend of personal experience and ancient Eastern philosophies, the ideas are meant to give one stability and contentment in good times and bad.

Total Me offers the opportunity to define yourself, decide who you are, and become that person. Cheng encourages you to become a confident and positive person who lives a life free of doubt and fear.

About the Author

I accept that abundance is available to me, it is not limited. I live in a positive place and I am always optimistic. I forgive those who cause me pain. I have belief and faith that all that I need I will have. I will allow no place in my life for doubt and fear. I value and respect myself. I am unique and special. I will not infringe on the rights of others and others will respect my individuality. I love myself and I resonate love. I know I need to love myself first to attract the love of others. I am humble and appreciate all I have. I am equal to all and all are equal to me. I know I have the power to draw to me what I need and desire. I know I must be to become. I am entitled to all I desire provided I direct it to a positive use. I am committed to myself, those that are important to me and the things I need in my life. I understand the difference between a need and a want. I am disciplined and exercise control as I must do to achieve my needs and maintain my life. This is my reality, my verse that is my home. I will forever live in this home no matter what my circumstances. This is my insular place in which only I live. A place of stability and contentment.
