Ginny Musante Erickson lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband, Ray, and golden retriever, Roxy. She has raised a number of puppies to become service dogs, including the one that inspired this story. The Only Puppy is her first children's book.
About the illustrator:
Chris Cartwright lives in southwestern Indiana with her husband, Tom, and three cats, Piper, Buffy, and Gypsy. She has a degree in visual communications and has been creating children's books, book covers, and poster illustrations since 2003.
