Dedication To all the puppy-mill breeding dogs in the world, honoring the ones that never make it out of the puppy-mill to enjoy life as a family pet and those that are still suffering the horrors of a puppy-mill. This is also for the dogs like Peachy who have made it out and are now living happily in new homes and for those dogs that are in a rescue organization while awaiting their forever-family. A good percentage of the profits of this book go to help the ASPCA stop puppy-mills across the country, because we believe no dog soul should live the horror of a puppy-mill. Foreword When I asked God to send somebody to help stop puppy-mills, I realized I’m that somebody. My intention is to touch the lives of millions of kids and their families and in doing so change the life of millions of abandoned and unwanted pets, especially the ones that are waiting day after day in the puppy-mills for their torture to end, and all those puppies waiting at pet stores to be sold to a good family that will keep them forever. Promoting adoption, spaying and neutering, ending puppy-mills, backyard breeding, and dogs being sold in pet stores is my first goal in publishing this book. I also want to improve the lives of many family pets that are being neglected. If you own a pet, be committed to make it part of your day-to-day activities and treat it as you treat your children. After all, dogs are like little kids--innocent. They just want to be loved and approved of by their human. With all my heart I share the story of the rescue that has impacted my life the most. This is the story of Peachy, a little red poodle, who was so neglected and abused that no one wanted her. I hope her story inspires you to change the life of a living soul. It doesn’t have to be a dog, it could be any animal or another human being. After all, we are all souls having an earth experience as some recognized authors said. Peachy is such a tiny girl. Some bad people decided she would be a good addition to their commercial breeding facility. In the place where they breed dogs, they keep her in a small crate and make sure she will have babies every six months. Peachy was probably born in a puppy-mill herself, and her fate was to become a puppy-mill mama. But through the years of bad experiences as a breeding dog in the puppy-mill, she never lost faith in a brighter, better future.
