Many years ago, the author, Dawn Katar Schoenstadt, was guided to begin practicing a specific mantra. The mantra was: I Am Peace. She was to repeat it one hundred times during moments of quiet. In a short time, she began to feel uplifted and in a better frame of mind on the job and at home. She noticed her patience level in uncomfortable moments growing and strengthening.
In 2011 she began receiving from her guides and teachers—archangels and ascended masters—daily messages of peace. She typed them out and started sending them by e-mail to her spiritual brothers and sisters. After several months, recipients asked that she put the messages into tangible book form so that they were accessible away from the computer and could be placed on night tables or into a handbag.
Dawn Katar considers she has been blessed to hear these transmissions of peace from the highest realms of Light and deems it her joy to share this gift.

About the Author
Spiritually connected with her angels since early childhood, Dawn Katar has offered spiritual counseling and teaching for over forty years. She has shared healing messages of hope with people all around the world and has helped many to open their own perfect channel of divine light. Dawn Katar has held administrative positions for several organizations in addition to her spiritual work. One of her passions has been raising awareness for children’s mental health. She has served as an advocate and supporter of parents raising children with emotional and mental challenges.
Dawn Katar is married to her Twin Flame, Darryl, and has two children. The family lives in Scottsdale, Arizona. She is working on other compilations of her channeled work as well as a manual for ascension that she is writing with her husband.
