Valerie, after a lifelong journey of seeking meaning and purpose in her own life, provides those of us who are searching for deeper meaning and purpose an easy and practical way to begin our personal journey toward transformation. Throughout her many travels abroad and living in a completely different culture than her own, she has found that no matter we are in the world, we are all seeking the same things: a sense of love, happiness, and purpose. We are all trying to get back to the simple things that can make profound differences in the way we see ourselves. She has her bachelor’s degree in public health from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro and is currently working on her master’s in healthcare administration at Pfeiffer University in Charlotte, North Carolina. She lives in Greensboro, North Carolina, and has one daughter, Brittany.
