About the Author
Janelle’s work is informed by personal experience and her background in Kinesiology and Neuro training, which explore the deep connection between the body, brain and emotional wellbeing. Through this work she has seen how the body holds our patterns of stress and fear, through misperceptions and subconscious conflicting beliefs. By gently working with the body and mind, she supports people in calming the nervous system, shifting limiting patterns and reconnecting with a greater sense of balance and inner steadiness.
