My idea is that every newly elected leader takes two seminars before they ever sit in the seats of power in Washington. One, a seminar on what it means to be a leader, the job of a leader, the scope of leadership, and, the importance of being a leader. Second, a seminar on Diplomacy. What it is, how it works, and how you can solve problems by using the Diplomatic method. Surely this will help facilitate our elected to become the 100% leaders.

This book is commentary on both good and bad examples of leadership in Washington D.C. The backdrop is politics, but the foreground is all about what can make better leaders.
About the Author
Chris attended Virginia Commonwealth University as a music major, was a professional musician for 17 years and was in the Office Building Maintenance Industry. He lives in Anchorage, Alaska.
