About the Author
Vanessa Coxen creates and lives in the mid-Hudson Valley with her family. She enjoys spending time in nature with her bare feet in the grass and the warm sun on her skin. Vanessa hopes to spread the message that all our emotions are natural, even the heavy and uncomfortable ones. Though it seems, in the moment, like they will stay with you forever, you have the ability within yourself to make it through to the other side of these sometimes-overwhelming feelings.
