I'm asked to stretch, to widen my heart, my love for Him gives me the start. Forgiveness the goal, the solemn command, that He gives to each and every man. It's tough, and it's hard, but gets easier with time. I tackle the task--it isn't sublime. My journey in life shows me the way, to study, to learn, to trust, to obey. When my day comes to hear my score, I hope He says "Walk through My door."

Carrie Buckwalter-Moore is a retired registered nurse and CPR instructor. She served fourteen years in the Army and Army Reserves. Mother of one, Erica, she now lives in Maine enjoying her cat, family, church and living life on her own terms.
