About the Book

Wine and Alchemy bridges spirituality and leadership in a way that is grounded, practical, and refreshingly human. Drawing from ancient alchemy, intuitive wisdom, and the living intelligence of wine, Kambrah Garland offers a new model of leadership—one rooted in coherence, embodiment, and inner knowing. Using wine as both metaphor and ritual tool, the book pairs specific wine styles and regions with reflective practices and seven leadership archetypes. Each ritual is supported by thoughtful wine recommendations—curated with a sommelier’s palate—to deepen presence, open insight, and anchor transformation in the body. This is wine appreciation elevated beyond tasting notes, inviting readers to experience wine as a living intelligence and meditative companion. Written for conscious leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives, and wine enthusiasts alike, Wine and Alchemy reframes leadership as an inside-out practice. It honors science without dismissing mystery, strategy without abandoning soul, and ambition without sacrificing wellbeing. This book is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your inner authority, and lead from alignment rather than force. When intention meets ritual, transformation becomes inevitable. Pour a glass. Enter the question. Leadership, refined.

About the Author

Kambrah Garland is an entrepreneur, sommelier, and intuitive consultant who believes business is one of today’s great temples of transformation. For more than two decades, she has launched and shaped start-ups across the wine, hospitality, health, and medical industries. As founder of Grand Crew Consulting in the Texas Hill Country, she helps leaders and businesses flourish—integrating profit with purpose, structure with soul. Raised at The Well School, a pioneering educational experiment created by her parents, Kambrah learned early how discipline and creativity can coexist. She now helps others do the same—teaching executives to recognize unseen opportunities, cultivate intuition, and approach leadership as both craft and catalyst for change. Her work blends practical intelligence with what she calls “alchemy for the modern mind”—the art of coherence, timing, and transformation.
