About the Book

What if your life is a carefully crafted curriculum for your soul? Lia is defined by her armor. As a US Marine veteran and frontline paramedic, she has spent decades building a fortress of competence to mask a Cascading System Breach. Barricaded behind walls of trauma, internal shadow programs—shame, unworthiness, and abandonment—silently siphon her light and threaten to overwrite her true identity. But the universe demands an awakening. Through profound Divine Downloads, Lia realizes her military uniform and paramedic shears are merely costumes worn by an eternal Soul. Earth is a school designed to raise human consciousness, where we play our parts as "Avatars"—and even those who hurt us most are Soul Family in disguise, wearing difficult masks to catalyze radical, life-altering forgiveness. Tapping into the ancient frequency of the Rose Line, Lia faces a final choice: remain a survivor trapped in a glitching costume, or purge the viruses and reclaim her true name—Hope. It’s OK, I’ll Remember is a gripping work of visionary fiction exploring the thin veil between ego and soul. It is a direct call to all Way-showers to face the mirror and remember who they truly are.

About the Author

Born and raised in the heart of Maine, Heather is a storyteller whose life reads like an epic adventure, one marked by resilience, reinvention, and relentless hope. She has worn more hats than most: daughter, granddaughter, great-granddaughter, mother, US Marine, aircraft firefighter, protocol NCO, paramedic, EMS clinical coordinator, ballerina, cheerleader, field hockey player, hiker, survivor, Reiki master, wife, friend, caregiver, teacher, artist, author, public speaker, chaos coordinator, divine nurturer, and great protector, just to name a few. Heather believes Earth is a school, and every soul is here to learn. She sees each experience as a lesson, with the real test being how we choose to respond, with anger and fear or with love and understanding. Her deepest passion is helping others transform pain into purpose and trauma into treasure. As an EMS clinical coordinator, she guided countless students through EMS programs at multiple colleges, and her teaching and mentorship left an indelible mark on her students. Her goal was to help each and every one of them learn to show up as the person he or she would need in that moment. Though her days in the back of an ambulance and clinical coordination are behind her, Heather continues her healing work through empathy, intuition, and hard-earned insight. She is dedicated to supporting others on their journeys of self-discovery and helping them see their place in Earth school, encouraging a more heart-centered, nonjudgmental view of the world. Her personal motto, “No one should ever feel worse after being in our presence,” is not just a philosophy but a way of life she strives to embody every day. Heather is known among peers as a way shower, light bringer, alchemist, and chaos coordinator. She has learned to turn wounds into wisdom and challenges into preparation for her soul’s true purpose. She is the International Impact Award–winning author of Hope’s Cape of Courage, an acclaimed children’s book about the freedom of forgiveness. Most importantly, Heather and her service dog, Snuffy McSnufferton, live in Bangor with her two greatest Masterpieces, her beautiful daughters, and she continues to lead a life guided by love, courage, and the unwavering belief that everyone can find his or her own path to greatness.
