There are eight billion people on this planet and the idea, or box of "NORMAL" that we try to live in is as varied as there are people. Who has the authority to tell us how to behave? It's not natural, it's not right, and it causes stress and illness for far too many humans. This book is a guide to finding freedom and understanding how to understand ourselves. It's a guide to becoming human being and enjoying life.

About the Author

I'm a Nudist/Naturist. I'm occupied in repairing material handling equipment which is what I learned to do and was told that was all I was capable of in high school, so I followed that path. But, I have a passion for personal development and philosophy. I am bothered by how humans, which are a species of mammal on Mother Earth, have managed to become so separated from Nature and plunder Mother Earth. All I ever wanted was to be free and to live happily and in love, joyfully playing and discovering new things and ideas, and help others have a happy and healthy life. I was poorly programmed as a child and I think my life's lessons are valuable and others can learn from my mistakes and triumphs.
