About the Author
Jared Jones has been involved in Wellness endeavors his whole life; both personally and vocationally. Through the last two decades he’s worked as a public and private school educator, trainer, group exercise instructor, athletic coach, lecturer and speaker. In addition to roles in education and fi tness, Jared has also worked in both general and wellness-specific hospitality, assisted and independent living, and clinically therapeutic environments. His extensively diverse background provides the foundation for his novel message and unique voice.
