26th October 2021 🥳🥳🥳🤡🤡🤡 yeah circus comes to town 😜 Brocky the Sealy packed his bag and ran away with the circus 🎶🎶 just like Nellie the elephant 🐘. I've never seen a circus before ma explained in her garbled way 🙄 what it's all about sounds sooo exciting lots of people could laugh at me (sealyhams are the clown's of the terrier group) well can't see me on a trapeze legs too short and would need a leg up rather spoil the effect not supposed to have animal acts anymore so bang goes big cat training with my super Sealy killer frown though dead cats not much of an act sooo stuck with the clown 🤡 label told ma I could sit and beg give my paw, sit, lay down and do magnificent commando crawling. Very unkindly and quite rude I thought I was told that is not much of an act and no not being taken as not allowed in the big top so cunning plan some might call it blackmail but packed my case right under ma's nose and threatened to run away with the circus if I didn't get my own way ---do you know what she did she helped me pack 🙁😳 lawks alive my cunning plot gone South backfired on me 🙄. will just have to dream about going to the circus 🎪 from one very sad Brock 🤡😢 xx 28th October 2021 Well saw lots of things today looks like the circus has got clowns already 🙁🤡 there were tarantulas in a web that was scary the webs were nearly as good as in our house 🤭 then I found a great stick and decided I would whittle a flute out of it so I could play for Dylan the pug while he seranaded me- - - what happened to"it's your walk you enjoy it time is yours" hmmmmph 10 minutes whittle time and that was it marched off leaving unfinished flute on the grass see if its still there tomorrow. On the way back through town the library had put books outside was told not to wee on them -better manners than that 🤭 anyway read most of them avid reader me that's were I get my supersealy knowledge from. Had a few games with pals on the way so home for dinner yum quick snooze 😴and then up and at em by the time ma wants to watch TV with a glass of medicine 😜🤡🤡🤡 enjoy your quiet evenings one and all xx

About the Book
Val lost her Scottie dog, Angus during the first Covid lockdown, leaving her with Miss Ziggy Stardust, who was a 3 year old baby Russian tortoise. Missing the patter of paws, she fell in love with Brock, who she picked on-line with the breeder from the litter before he had even opened his eyes. Brock is a Sealyham Terrier. The breed is called The Clowns of the terrier group and true to form, he makes Val laugh every day. He has the biggest personality and is so affectionate – everybody loves Brock! Brock is super-intelligent and makes observations on everyday life which are too good not to share! All the text in The Book of Brock was written by Brock in “Brock-speak”, which is a unique language that Brock invented (and is being promoted by Brock because he is an entrepawneer). As you would expect with a unique language, any miss-spellings and errors are intentional because that’s how Brock speaks and he does have the occasional paw-slip and he won’t be told any different!
