Within Each of Us

Within each of us, regardless of our station in life, our accomplishments, or our failures, exists a loving core foundation or “internal compass,” your core “I am” self, complete with a guiding soul and force-filled spirit. This core is the real, eternal self. When we are conscious beings at our core, we define ourselves as eternal, loving creators of consciousness, a consciousness which desires to meet our requests. We only need to so believe. Often, believing in your core aspect of self does not fit into our everyday logical ways of knowing our human self and our world. We each cannot see the core or understand and know its movements completely, yet, each of us is an energy being, with superhuman intentional capacities, capable of creating a fulfilled life of meaning, wonder, and awe. We each have the capacity to design a miracle life path. The problem today is conditioning blinds us from awareness of self as an eternal, intentionally powerful, unbounded energy being. Today, the conditioned self is bound by the chains of conditioning forged by outside forces and lifestyle choices. And so, it is designed to limit your awareness of yourself as a creative powerhouse. Conditioning programs or habitual patterns of being constrain and dictate responses to everyday life events. You will likely uncover how you learned to create your present life down to the details honoring societal, social, and familial expectations. For understanding of your conditioning eMAPs are the acronym used for identifying electronic like, conditioned ego mind control over your choices, M to identify conditioned mental beliefs and thoughts maintained by ego control over your choices rather than true free will. You will uncover how emotions support and trigger conditioned program, the A of eMAPs, and you will learn how the physical self in visceral and behavioral ways, P, expresses these conditioned programs in harmony with Mental and Affective programs. This book challenges human conditioning. Your conditioned ego runs your life. Ego is a basic, old part of the human mind which controls much of your daily life, is driven to focus awareness solely on everyday survival and comfort concerns, and self enhancement. Ego programs in your self-concept through learned beliefs which has you seeking approval from others, being caught in defining one’s self according to personal successes and failures, being addicted to pain and pleasure cycling, greed, materialism, limiting judgments, or personal fears and obsessions. The ego further develops rules regarding relationships with others such as who to trust, who thinks and believes like I do, dictates rules to follow to love self, decides under what conditions to give love to others, and follows allegiance to a power oriented, stratified social order. Conditioned concerns are the interior walls of your self-made prison blocking out your core self. Three goals guide your journey to within each of us. You will gain human inner authority over the ego, the first goal, and uncover the power of your intentions, the second goal. To assist, a self-designed meditation practice, learning to watch yourself go by through conscious, mindful self-observation, understanding the power of beliefs and overall exploration of the power of your intentions in determining your actions, thoughts, perceptions, and emotions creating your personal reality are shared. The eMAPs controlling your life are identified. Self-knowledge includes how thoughts and feelings become physical expression. You recognize that you are more than the sum of what you have been conditionally taught to think and feel about yourself and the world you live in. Thoughts are only thoughts, and feelings are only feelings, residing within the conditioned self. They are not the sum total of who you are. Step away from these limiting beliefs of who you are. This reality is fragmentary, designed by human conditioning, which blinds you to the authentic, luminous, spiritual-soul nature that is your inheritance. Loving unconditionally is the third key. Choosing to know yourself as primarily a loving spiritual being will automatically occur as you remove the thinking and emotional blocks to self-awareness and desire to be a loving creator. Choosing to know yourself as a loving creator is the third key. You become illuminated by the radiant light of an immense universal loving consciousness within you, instead of shrouded in the mists of conflicting human emotions and relationship needs.
