About the Author

I’m Cheyene (Chey) McDonald, I’m the oldest of four children. I grew up in a broken home where I often felt ostracized. My family used to treat me as if I were a horrible person, it got worse as I got older. At 15 my mother kicked me out, I then moved into a more dysfunctional environment with my aunty, her two young daughters and numerous drug users. I got kicked out again just over a year later. I always turned to my books when I desperately needed to escape my life slowly falling in love with the English language which is where I found my passion for writing.
