Those of us who feel a pull toward positive change can unite to elevate our collective well-being. Let's encourage each other to do this. It’s real. We know it. Let’s help each other to connect and create positive vibrations more often. I know you feel it too. In nature or at a music event you feel that beautiful connection. While hearing a song, daydreaming, or meditating you feel a wave of peace. That energy tells us we belong to something bigger than ourselves. It is such a wonderful feeling. It takes a huge burden away. The best way I know of to feel this connection is to focus my attention on the current moment, and my breath. I picture my breath giving and bringing positive energy. When I do this, I often notice something that I hadn’t noticed before. I see a reflection, color pattern, flower, sound, or another thing that the busy mind did not notice. Any practice that brings me to the present moment, allows me to feel life energy. I am not trying to be a teacher. I am inviting you to join the conversation. Let's remind each other to stay in the present, to be our best selves, and feel the joy of the Union. Let’s gather and connect.
