Emmie and I ran as far away as possible from where we were to begin with, hoping none of the animals had woken up. Then…. something was moving in the bushes that sent a chill down my spine. Grrrrrrr! We heard an unmistakable growl. We started running again, our feet stamping on the ground as we did. Out of the bushes appeared a sleek, black panther, chasing us.

About the Author
Ziana is a creative 11 year old, living in Perth, Western Australia. She started writing these books as a COVID project to keep from getting bored. Her creativity stretches from crafts and video skits, to accents and story-writing. She plays netball and loves making dioramas.
