The Real I Section 1:
On the way to Higher Vitality Mode:
The distance between Lower and Higher Vitality Mode living can seem very far indeed, especially when in a state of extreme discomfort, trauma or damage. Some would say, “How can Oneness Context help me then?” The majority of situations like that have come about due to doing things with the delusional thinking of the Fake I and the insufficient use of resources due to it. Thinking that would have been clearer and resources that would have been greater if in the Oneness Context lifestyle. By switching to Oneness Context even in the most challenging situations, no matter how crazy or far fetched as it may seem. Supports your body to function better and allows the bigger picture to be more synergized with the bit of it that is you, which brings more inner peace and vitality, which in turn fosters the chances of things improving. No matter how far in the depths of Separation Delusion one is or is experiencing the side effects of living a falsehood, the journey back to the truth and wellness can start at any time and for you perhaps already has.
This is all just about skilfully being alive. Choosing ways of living that are high quality. Ways that are congruent with how the body and life work.
The process of changing to the Real I is like you’re an amphibious salamander that can live in the water or the air (this represents being able to live in dystopia or utopia). You live in a toxic swamp (the dystopia of the Fake I), struggling with many other salamanders to live and breathe in the sludge until you remember that you can also breathe air. So, you surface and see the shore of the swamp, though not quite ready to trust the air but it smells good, almost too good and scary in its difference to what you are familiar with. You get to the shore and struggle up onto it and you gasp that first breath of air (the utopia of the Real I), it is almost unbelievably pristine. Your breathing roughly changes from toxic swamp water to fresh clean air with so much uncomfortableness that the urge to go back in the familiar swamp is very strong (fluctuating between the Fake I and the Real I). Once you’re more used to your new breathing, the urge to re-join your fellow salamanders comes upon you. When you look for them you see all these salamanders flopping around struggling in the toxic swamp, slowly dying. You look away and in the clean air its hard to remember the ghastliness of the swamp but you know what going back means.
The urge to return to the swamp and the urge to stay in utopia may go back and forth within you many times. As this is all very new to most of current humanity.
The Real I Section 2: Living Life, ALIVE Sport.
Coordination is how we get things done, the better you are at it the better things get done. In ALIVE Sport you will discover a whole new meaning and standard of coordination and have the clear instructions to getting there. This includes the skilled version of all the primary combinations of movement, emotion, thought, and awareness. As a heads-up, you will not be only right or left handed after this.
It's clear that one side of your brain has had a lot more time, attention and development than the other. It's time to give the silent helper part of you your voice back and to teach sensitivity to your usual side (among other things). Each side of you can share and teach its good qualities to the other. It's like having the power of 2 or 3 people compared to the imbalanced way of living. The path of being an ALIVE Sportist is to rise up to this natural higher level of vitality and wellness.
The body has adaptive systems that regulate which parts of it are best to use and when to use them. Some of these sub-consciously intelligent systems are called bio-rhythms. These rhythms can become imbalanced when they are over-ridden too often, like staying awake when the body wants to sleep. Or, keeping on thinking about something when the body knows using emotion would be more effective, or leading when following would be optimal (and vice-versa). One of the most uncoordinated over-rides is repeating the same thing in the same mood without much love or awareness.
However, there is a way to get back to being in touch with your body and to enjoy the benefits of being balanced. A way that will complement and enhance your existing lifestyle and expand your horizons.
Conscious self-development technically summarized:
Your physical development including your personality, is the result of the sequence of thoughts, feelings and actions that have been your life. If you know which thoughts, feelings and actions produce which results, it is possible to do them on purpose to create specific and accurate changes within one’s biology and psychology.
By using your awareness to selectively think and move while producing Aliveist body-chemicals, you are basically doing biological personality sculpting on yourself.
ALIVE Sport’s comprehensive series of Coordination Exercises will awaken and balance your natural emotional, mental, physical and social coordination skills. They will teach you what to do with any backlog of cellular activity (if you have any) as it comes up to be recycled. Also, how to respond to any trauma you may yet experience. (Of course, being an ALIVE Sportist means that you will hurt yourself less and less and make fewer social blunders). When your backlog is dealt with and your Pro-human competence is learnt, you can continue to live on with just wise actions and creations.
The practical teachings of ALIVE Sport’s core principles come in 2 categories that are used together; 'The Aliveist Way' and 'Coordination Exercises'. The Aliveist Way is the emotional and mental posture suggested for you to be in while doing the Coordination Exercises and expands into every area of your life. The Coordination Exercises balance the maturity of the 'hemispheres' of your brain, get you stronger and more aware in your whole body and make it possible to stabilize The Aliveist Way lifestyle.
