The book can be like an oracle, turn to a page, read, observe the art, listen to the soft voice and you may find the answer you are seeking, releasing the wisdom from within. Come on an adventure of healing depression and grief by expressing oneself through art and reflection. Begin the journey, which is not easy, but well worth it, from darkness to light. Discover that the darkest moments are where the light begins, and that learning to release the illusions of perfection and control, allows peace and love to be found in small moments. The more we allow ourselves to experience love for what it truly is; awe inspiring, subtle, compassionate and forgiving, the more we can see that our own healing and self love can heal the world.
About the Author
TARose lives and works in a small coastal town in Australia. As a survivor of childhood trauma, she found she struggled to express herself. She discovered art as both a way to open up and as a way to heal. Art became a way to express what she could not say verbally. Through therapy, coaching and Art, she was able to begin to heal, and resist the siren call of depression, although it is all still a work in progress. She invites you to come on the journey with her and perhaps discover your feelings through her art.
